• Consumer Guarantees:

  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

• Change of Mind:

  • If you change your mind, we may offer a return within 2 days, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.

  • In change of mind returns the customer is liable for all return shipping costs.

• Faulty Products:

  • If a product is faulty, we will comply with our obligations under the ACL, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

  • If a product is faulty, and is a large item, then we are responsible for the return shipping costs.
